– Eat foods high in iron, such as lean meat, fish, eggs, leafy green vegetables, nuts, and cereals.

– Plant-based foods strong in isoflavones or phytoestrogen, such as fermented soy, may assist to alleviate symptoms associated with oestrogen deficiency.

– Stay away from foods that trigger you, such as spicy meals, coffee, alcohol, and sweets.


Making time to exercise your body and give it the attention it need is critical. This may help you feel less stressed and less symptomatic:

– Daily exercise, such as walking, yoga, Thai Chi, or Pilates, aids in lymphatic system activity, which aids in purification and the release of our “feel good chemicals.”
